Job Title: Quality Inspector β Electronics Manufacturing
Are you passionate about quality and precision in electronics manufacturing? Join a leading UK-based technology solutions provider, known for innovation and excellence across a wide range of industries, including Automotive, Clean Energy, Defence & Aerospace, Medical, and more.
We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is key to ensuring that all products are consistently manufactured to the highest standards, with responsibilities across Final Audit, Roving Audit, and Specific Area Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit products in line with build instructions and IPC-A-610 standards.
- Identify and log any deviations from build instructions or standards.
- Ensure processes are clear, robust, and consistently meet required standards.
- Highlight process gaps or improvement opportunities to supervisors.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Factory Logix (Aegis) is beneficial.
- IPC-A-610 certification (desirable).
- Strong component knowledge and identification skills.
- Ability to follow customer drawings accurately.
- ESD awareness.
- Experience with QMS systems.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to challenge issues constructively.
