This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part of the support team within their Corporate and Commercial department. They are looking for a confident and experienced legal secretary who can hit the ground running and contribute to the smooth running of a busy and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general secretarial support including opening files, preparing documents and emails under the fee-earners direction
- Client onboarding
- Typing up digital dictations
- Diary management (booking appointments and meetings)
- Electronic filing and archiving
- Producing legal documents from mark-ups, including formatting and cross-referencing
- Invoicing
- Dealing with client enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Liaising with the Accounts Department over invoice and other accounting queries
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years secretarial experience in a legal or professional services setting along with strong computer literacy and good typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential and experience in digital dictation would be advantageous. You will possess excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills.
This role will be based at the company’s smart modern offices in Farnborough.
