Overview

We are recruiting for a leading independent BMS specialists, one of the oldest and largest in the UK, delivering high-profile commercial projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers at all levels.

Role

  • Commissioning of BMS systems (Trend / Tridium / Niagara)
  • Point-to-point checks, functional testing, system validation
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Working alongside Project Managers and site teams
  • Leading commissioning activities on larger projects (senior level)

Requirements

  • Experience with Trend and/or Tridium (Niagara)
  • ALC experience desirable
  • Strong HVAC / building services knowledge
  • Previous BMS commissioning experience
  • Ability to read schematics and control strategies
  • Full UK driving licence

Package

  • £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • Regular overtime available (OTE £60k)
  • Overtime rates: time and a half (Saturday), double time (Sunday)
  • Strong career progression
  • Long-term project pipeline

Location: 90% London / within M25
