Immediate opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Installation Supervisor / Lead Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering organisation delivering large-scale industrial installation projects across the UK.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining mechanical installation work with site supervision responsibilities. You will lead installation teams delivering complex mechanical projects across industrial facilities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest engineering standards.

If you have strong experience with conveyors, pneumatics, industrial machinery installation and mechanical fitting, and enjoy leading engineers on site, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering major engineering projects nationwide.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating mechanical installation activities on industrial sites, supervising engineers and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and in line with project specifications.

The position is based in the West Midlands with travel to projects across the UK when required.
