They are currently seeking a Receptionist to join their friendly team. The main purpose of this role is to provide a professional, high standard, front-of-house reception service to clients and staff. You will be working as part of a team with shared responsibilities. The job content will be a mixture of dealing with internal and external telephone calls via the switchboard and meeting and greeting clients/visitors to the firm. Responsibilities: - * Open Reception area and prepare the waiting area, ensure everything is working as required. Close and lock Reception area. This will be on a rotational basis. * Operating the Reception desk and switchboard. * Forward email and other correspondence received to staff promptly. * Check the calendar for the day s meeting room bookings. Ensure there are no clashes. Clashes to be attended to. * Handle incoming calls to the Reception Zoom phone promptly and professionally and in line with current procedures.
