My client is a well-established bathroom and tile showroom in Knutsford operating since 2006 with an excellent client base, selling mid to high end brands. They have an opportunity for a Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant working closely with the Director to ensure smooth processes, from converting leads, through to 3D design and installation. You must have an impeccable attention to detail, strong customer service skills and a flair for interior design.
Your role will involve:
- Assisting with the day to day running of the showroom
- Developing enquiries in the showroom
- Liaising with clients from initial meeting to installation
- Creating 3D designs on Virtual Worlds
- Undertaking home measures
- Liaising with installers
- Managing your own diary
- Quoting and processing orders using Easy Quote software
- Reading architects plans
Ongoing product training will be given and ongoing software training, if needed. This role is ideal for a person who has a proven track record of the bathroom industry or an individual who has a confident and personal approach to customers with a design degree or similar work placed experience in interior design as ongoing training would be considered for the right candidate.
Required skills:
- You will be well presented and take pride in your appearance
- You will have worked in customer-facing roles previously
- You have some experience in relevant areas (e.g. Virtual Worlds or similar)
- You will be organised and able to multitask
- You have an interest in homes and home improvement/interior design
- Clean driving licence and a car - free on-site parking
