An exciting opportunity to join an established and well-respected law firm in their Commercial Real Estate team. My client is seeking a qualified solicitor with 8 years plus PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate, ideally at Senior Associate/Partner level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team with plenty of opportunity for progression, working from either London or Guildford. The purpose of the role is to manage a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters.
- Take responsibility for managing own caseload with supervision
- Ensure case management records are maintained
- Support other fee earners where necessary
- Flexibility to assist with cases and instructions outside of normal working hours when required
- Meet chargeable hours targets
- Assist with the training and development of junior members of the team
- Handle high-value transactions independently and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and business development
- Drive high standards of service delivery and commercial performance
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of property and transactional documents

The successful candidate will have 8+ years PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate looking for your next move. You will have a proven track record of winning clients for yourself and servicing the clients of others along with the ability to work to strict deadlines and timetables, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
