Our client is a leading residential estate management company, who manage in excess of 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments sited predominantly across the Southern half of England. They are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join their Customer Service Team on a temporary permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the administrative support throughout the property sales process in close liaison with the Estate Manager, Area Manager, Partner Estate Agents, Leaseholders, Executors, and property purchaser.
- Ensure the resales database (Qube) is kept up-to-date and tasks are processed swiftly to assist the sale process.
- Archive records routinely and issue welcome letters.
- Lease Extensions: answering general enquiries, initiating the process and providing the administrative support on request, in close liaison with the Chief Executive, our solicitors, our valuers, the leaseholder and our Finance Dept.
