Position Overview

Due to increased site demand, we are recruiting for a Day Shift Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems within a large, corporate, commercial environment in Holborn, London.

Package Summary

• Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
• Salary: £46,000
• Hours: Day Shifts, 07:00am – 7:00pm, Continental Pattern (4 on / 6 off / 6 on / 4 off)

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, C&G 2330 Level 3, C&G 2360 Part 2 or equivalent)
• Up-to-date electrical regulations (18th edition)
• Experience in commercial maintenance or property services
• Understanding of HVAC and commercial plant equipment
