We are actively recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a well-established commercial building services maintenance provider, covering Swindon and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile, hands-on role focused on servicing, maintenance, and fault finding across a varied portfolio of commercial environments, including offices, industrial units, retail, and mixed-use sites.
The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works on a range of HVAC and mechanical plant. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, varied sites, and a stable PAYE position with weekly pay.
Employment Package- Location: Swindon & Surrounding Areas (mobile role)
- Environment: Commercial Buildings
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE: £50-60K per annum
- Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE – Paid Weekly
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 5:30pm INCLUDING travel. Site hours estimated 08:00am - 4:30pm.
- Holidays: 28 days.
- Overtime: Paid at x1.5 - x2 rate.
- On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks. £100 per week standby + D2D pay at overtime rates if called out.

- Liaising professionally with clients on-site
- Proven experience as an HVAC / AC Engineer within commercial environments
- Relevant HVAC or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
