We are actively recruiting for a Building Fabric Projects Estimator to join our projects team, quoting and estimating building fabric works ranging from £1,000 to £100,000 across commercial environments throughout the South East England region.

As a Building Fabric Projects Estimator you will be pricing a variety of fabric project works including fire doors, drylining, suspended ceilings, flooring, tiling, joinery, door installations, partitioning and associated building fabric packages. Clients and environments include retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms and similar commercial properties.

Employment Package/Summary:

  • Status: Permanent, PAYE – Paid Monthly
  • Base Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
  • Provided: Company car, phone, laptop, 29 days paid annual leave
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hour working day, e.g. 08:00am – 5:00pm
  • Working arrangement: Hybrid – 2/3 days in office (Sutton), 2/3 days travelling to client sites across South East England
  • Location/s: Office – Sutton; client sites across South East England
  • Works: Quoting and estimating building fabric projects £1,000 – £100,000
  • Industry: Building Services / Commercial FM

Requirements:

  • Must hold proven experience as an Estimator pricing building fabric works within a commercial FM, refurbishment or fit-out environment.
  • Ability to estimate and price a wide range of fabric works from minor repairs through to full project delivery.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schedules of works and specifications.
  • Background as a fabric tradesperson or site manager is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must hold a UK driving licence with 9 points or under.
