Site Manager / Project Supervisor | Barrow-in-Furness | £40,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance | Permanent, PAYE. Due to a high demand in projects, we are currently recruiting for a Site Manager / Projects Supervisor to be based across a high security site in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. You will be the Site Manager / Projects Supervisor, managing the day to day project works of both an in-house team and range of sub-contractors, reporting into the Projects Manager. Projects will include a wide variety of works / packages which could/may include: New Build Construction, Extensions, Electrical Upgrades, Mechanical / HVAC Upgrades, Deep Drainage, Concreting, Roofing, Shuttering, Large Emergency Repairs etc. Package: What is in it for you? * Basic Salary: £40,000 * Car Allowance: £4,600 * Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 5:00pm * Site Based role – Barrow in Furness / some mobile travel within the North West of England. * Status: Permanent, PAYE * Pay Schedule: Monthly * Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays (total 33 days) * Flexi benefits scheme: buy up to 5 more days annual leave, discount schemes etc. Duties: * As the Site Manager / Projects Supervisor, you will be responsible for the site based, day to day management / supervision of the on-site projects team and relevant sub-contractors. * Ensuring compliance, RAMS, Permits and all relevant paperwork is allocated, accurate and permitted. * Ensu…
