Site Manager

Site Manager | Commercial Projects | £40,000 Base Salary | West Midlands | Permanent, PAYE role. Due to increased demand in Projects, we are actively recruiting for a Site Manager to be based in / around the Stafford area within the West Midlands. As the Site Manager, you will be working across commercial projects including new builds, fit outs, renovations, conversions, M&E upgrades etc. You will be site based, over-seeing a range of sub-contractors, reporting into the Project Manager. Project values ranging from £50K – £3.5M. Package: Site Manager: * Base Salary: £40,000 * Location: West Midlands – initially Stafford. * Status: Permanent, PAYE * Company van provided when travelling to multiple projects across the West Midlands. * Provided: Company phone and laptop * 28 days paid holiday. * Company pension. * Company funded training and development. * Progression opportunities in Project Management. Requirements: * Must have experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Manager on projects within commercial environments. * Must hold SMSTS or SSSTS tickets. * Must hold a full UK driving license. * Must be able to work across the West Midlands.
