We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our commercial building services / commercial maintenance team within a high secure, defence environment based in the heart of Westminster, London. You will be working as part of a large team, carrying out planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical building services systems, such as; pumps, motors, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pressurisation units, expansion valves, water heaters, water treatment plant and similar systems.
