We are actively recruiting for an M&E Shift Technician (Electrical or Mechanical) to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and critical systems management within a datacentre environment in Heathrow, Hounslow - West London.
As an M&E Shift Technician you will be working on critical building services infrastructure across electrical and mechanical systems. Electrical systems include HV/LV, UPS, PDUs, distribution boards, generators and ATS. Mechanical systems include CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, CWS and BMS. This is a static, single-site role based permanently within a datacentre facility.
Employment Package/Summary:
- Status: Permanent, PAYE – Paid Monthly
- Base Salary: £62,645.00
- Discretionary Annual Bonus.
- HVAP Allowance: £3,000
- Provided: Uniform, phone, specialist tools, 25 days paid annual leave
- Hours: Continental Shift Pattern – 12 hour shifts, 07:00am – 7:00pm / 07:00pm – 07:00am. 3 Days/3 Nights ON, 4 Days OFF, 4 Days ON, 6 Days OFF, 4 Nights ON, 4 Days OFF
- Location: Heathrow, Hounslow (West London) – static, single site
- Works: PPM, reactive maintenance and critical systems management

Requirements:
- Electrically biased candidates must hold 18th Edition (BS 7671); HV AP status preferred.
- Mechanically biased candidates must hold a relevant HVAC/mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent); F Gas preferred.
- Experience working within a datacentre, critical facilities or similar high-availability environment essential.
- Must hold experience as an M&E Shift Technician or similar within a building services maintenance capacity.
