We are actively recruiting for Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join our commercial building services maintenance team at a highly critical datacentre, based in Farnborough, Hampshire. Due to current site demands, we are looking for both Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work Monday to Friday and Mechanical Shift Engineers to work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
- Mechanical Day Engineer: £44,000 + £1.5K bonus (Monday to Friday)
- Mechanical Shift Engineer: £47,500 + £1.5K bonus (4 on, 4 off. Days & Nights)
- 25 days holiday, pro-rata to shift pattern.

Requirements:
- Must hold building services maintenance experience.
- Mechanical qualification is not essential but highly preferable (City and Guilds / NVQ in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, mechanical engineering, marine engineering, building services etc).
- Must have a strong understanding of building services plant equipment (pumps, valves, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pressurisation units etc).
- Experience within a critical environment / with CRAC units is highly preferable.
