We are actively recruiting for an Assistant Projects Manager to join a fast-growing refurbishment and maintenance contractor delivering high-quality projects across the leisure and hospitality sectors, with project values ranging from Β£25k to Β£1.5m. The hard services maintenance and projects provider operates with an office-based team of around 40 staff and over 80 site-based engineers, delivering refurbishment and maintenance services for a wide commercial client base.
The Assistant Projects Manager will work directly alongside Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and delivery of refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Carrying out site visits, surveys, and progress inspections
- Supporting cost control, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Assisting in preparing and monitoring project programmes and schedules
- Attending progress meetings and helping resolve on-site or project delivery issues
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and company standards
- Assisting with project documentation, reporting requirements, and managing variations
