HOURS: 9 paid hours per day
RATE: £17.00 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join our team on a commercial project in Folkestone, Kent.
Duties will include:
- Preparing concrete floors ready for specialist floor coating applications.
- Masking around skirting boards and surrounding areas using masking tape to achieve a clean, professional finish.
- Applying a liquid Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area throughout the project.
- Following all site health and safety procedures and site rules at all times.
- Assisting with other site duties as required.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Full PPE.
- Previous experience in floor preparation or similar construction work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Checkable work references.
