LOCATION: Chertsey, Surrey
START DATE: Mid-October 2026
DURATION: Approximately 2.5 years
PAY: £16.94 per hour
HOURS: 9 hours paid per day
We are looking for a reliable Welfare Labourer to work on a construction site in Chertsey, Surrey.
Duties:
- Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities
- Cleaning toilets, canteen and drying/changing areas
- Emptying bins and managing site waste
- Keeping welfare areas clean, tidy and well stocked
- Replenishing toilet roll, soap, paper towels and other supplies
- General cleaning and housekeeping around the site
- Keeping communal areas and access routes clean and safe
- Assisting with general labouring duties when required
- Following all site health and safety rules
- Reporting any welfare or maintenance issues to the Site Manager
- Carrying out other general site duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card required
- Full PPE required
- Previous construction site or welfare experience preferred
- Good attitude and reliable approach to work
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
