An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Solicitor to join a growing and experienced Estate Planning team within a progressive professional services environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor at the beginning of their career who is looking to develop specialist expertise across estate administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts , while working with high-net-worth individuals and business owners.

The Role

As a Solicitor within the Estate Planning team, you'll manage a varied caseload while receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

You'll work directly with clients on important personal and financial matters, helping them structure and protect their estates while ensuring documentation is prepared accurately and tailored to their individual circumstances.

The wider multidisciplinary environment also provides the opportunity to collaborate with professionals from across the business, giving you broader exposure and allowing you to deliver a joined-up service to clients.

  • Work with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
  • Understand clients' individual circumstances and provide appropriately tailored support
  • Maintain accurate and organised client and case records
  • Manage matters using electronic case management systems
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Work closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters
  • Collaborate with professionals across a multidisciplinary team to provide a seamless client experience
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism and client care

About You

We're looking for a motivated solicitor who is keen to develop their career within

Estate Planning and Private Client work .

You'll ideally have

  • Be a newly qualified Solicitor , or possess equivalent qualifications and relevant practical experience
  • An interest in developing specialist expertise within Estate Planning
  • Exposure to or an interest in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working directly with clients
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
  • Strong organisational and case-management skills
  • Confidence using electronic case management systems
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop and build your technical expertise

This position could be particularly well suited to a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a

Private Client, Wills & Probate, Trusts or Estate Planning seat during their training and is now looking to specialise in this area.
