  • Conduct regular site visits to support operational teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across contract operations.
  • Ensure teams are fully equipped with the necessary vehicles, tools, equipment, and documentation to perform effectively.
  • Carry out site surveys and attend pre-contract meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and complete all reporting and administrative requirements.

About You:

  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Good understanding of customer environments, operational processes, and service delivery requirements.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a reactive operational environment.
  • Practical operational experience, ideally within the water jetting, industrial services, utilities, or related sectors.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
