About the role
This position will be supporting Thomas, a young man living in his own bungalow, based in Winchester. Thomas is currently supported on a 1:1 support ratio and is looking for team members who can support him to live his best life! Thomas has autism and chronic anxiety and therefore experience of having supported individuals within these areas previously would be extremely beneficial. Thomas needs team members who are patient, organised, positive and who can maintain a structured routine for him as he likes to be prompt with his activities and outings. He needs individuals who are drivers as he has his own vehicle, which he likes to be taken out in.
