Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Movement & Management
- Safely move vehicles around the dealership, workshop, valet bays, compound and display areas.
- Prepare and position vehicles for customer handovers.
- Assist with customer vehicle collections and deliveries as required.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked correctly and securely.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations on site.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks when moving vehicles and report any damage immediately.
Site & Car Park Management
- Monitor and maintain the organisation of the dealership car park and vehicle storage areas.
- Ensure customer parking areas remain accessible and well presented.
- Support the smooth flow of vehicles throughout the dealership.
- Keep display forecourts clean, tidy and presentable to brand standards.
- Assist with vehicle merchandising and display changes.
Customer Service
- Provide a professional and courteous service to all customers and visitors.
- Assist customers arriving at the dealership and direct them as required.
- Support Sales and Service teams during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while representing the Škoda brand.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Drive all vehicles with due care and attention.
- Report any hazards, incidents or vehicle defects promptly.
- Ensure site security procedures are followed at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving licence with no major endorsements.
- Confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work.
