As a Ride Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in providing a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. What You’ll Do:
- Attraction Operation: Operate rides and attractions safely, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Safety Checks: Conduct basic pre-opening safety inspections on rides to ensure everything is ready for guests.
- Guest Assistance: Help guests board and exit attractions, ensuring safety restraints are properly secured and providing clear safety instructions.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep rides and surrounding areas clean and tidy and report any technical issues to management promptly.
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure all guests follow safety rules and intervene professionally when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to safety.
- A proactive, reliable, and punctual approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist guests as required.
