Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is seeking a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate the culinary offerings at our 5-star park. What You’ll Do:

  • Leading and Inspiring the Team: Organising staff schedules, working alongside the team on the cooking line, and coaching junior chefs to excel in their roles.
  • Menu Innovation: Planning, designing, and implementing menus that delight our guests and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Managing stock control, supplier relationships, and food ordering to maintain quality and profitability.
  • Training and Development: Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring your team to ensure they embody the company’s vision and values.
  • Health & Safety: Ensuring all food safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
  • Financial Contribution: Developing specials and innovative ideas to boost sales and meet revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a leader who combines creativity, organisation, and a passion for food. Essential skills include:

  • Proven experience in a Head Chef or senior culinary role.
