Daish's Holidays is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at our Sandringham Hotel in Weston Super-Mare. This is a full-time position primarily focused on breakfast service, with some evening shift cover required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes.
  • Ensuring food is prepared and presented to company standards.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team when covering evening shifts.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures.

Working Hours:

  • Breakfast Shifts
  • Split Shifts (when covering evenings)
  • 7:00am – 11:00am
  • 3:00pm – 8:00pm

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous chef or breakfast chef experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
