This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our growing support centre team in West Bridgford. Ideal start date February/March. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards change and the capability to adapt in a role where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate must be organised, flexible and computer literate. Experience in a finance department would be an advantage and training would be given in the software systems used.
The main areas of the role include:
- The accurate and routine recording and reconciliation of sales income
- Monitor outstanding debts and support credit control activities
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of Supplier Invoices
- Ad Hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of the workings of an office
- Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills – to deal with customers and external contacts
- Good organisational skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Sage preferred.
