This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our growing support centre team in West Bridgford. Ideal start date February/March. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards change and the capability to adapt in a role where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate must be organised, flexible and computer literate. Experience in a finance department would be an advantage and training would be given in the software systems used.

The main areas of the role include:

  • The accurate and routine recording and reconciliation of sales income
  • Monitor outstanding debts and support credit control activities
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing of Supplier Invoices
  • Ad Hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of the workings of an office
  • Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills – to deal with customers and external contacts
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Sage preferred.
