Cardo Group is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer on a 6 Month FTC to coordinate planned works, repairs and regeneration projects across Kent, Surrey and East Sussex.
You will be the resident-facing link between households, contractors and housing officers, ensuring information is accurate, timely and supportive.
You will manage meetings, home visits and communications to minimise disruption while maintaining positive relationships with residents and clients.
