We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Catering Assistants to join our festive team at Blooms Café & Restaurant, Tong Garden Centre this Christmas season. Our restaurant is one of the busiest places in the Garden Centre during the festive period, welcoming guests who are taking a break from Christmas shopping, visiting our festive attractions, or simply catching up with family and friends. As a Catering Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm welcome and outstanding customer service throughout the season.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and seating customers with a friendly smile
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages and food items
- Operating tills and handling customer payments
- Setting and clearing tables to maintain a welcoming environment
- Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assisting customers with queries and helping resolve any issues
- Supporting colleagues wherever needed to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
