Whether you’re a Kitchen Porter, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef, this is your opportunity to showcase your skills, work in diverse kitchens, and enjoy the flexibility that fits your lifestyle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to established standards.
- Supporting kitchen teams with service, prep, and cleaning tasks.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and organisation at all times.
- Adapting quickly to new environments and contributing positively to the team.
- Collaborating with business owners and chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Kitchen Porter – Support chefs with basic prep, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, manage dishwashing areas, and assist in keeping the kitchen organised.
Sous Chef – Lead kitchen teams, deputise for the Head Chef, manage orders, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
Head Chef – Oversee all kitchen operations including rotas, stock control, ordering, compliance, and staff management.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates (minimum).
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A DBS check is desirable but not essential.
