What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to established standards.
- Supporting kitchen teams with service, prep, and cleaning tasks.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and organisation at all times.
- Adapting quickly to new environments and contributing positively to the team.
- Collaborating with business owners and chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Kitchen Porter
- Support chefs with basic prep, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, manage dishwashing areas, and assist in keeping the kitchen organised.
Sous Chef
- Lead kitchen teams, deputise for the Head Chef, manage orders, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
Head Chef
- Oversee all kitchen operations including rotas, stock control, ordering, compliance, and staff management.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates (minimum).
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A DBS check is desirable but not essential.
