This is a hybrid office based role in Coventry. (3 days office / 2 days home working)
Weekly hours: 37.5
Shift: Mon - Fri, covering an 8hr shift between 7am-5pm, 30 mins unpaid lunch
Duties:
- You will need to support the Technical Maintenance team and effectively communicate with both Customer and Supplier teams to ensure that vehicle downtime for all vehicle scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is managed on a best cost/quality basis.
- You will need to ensure that such incidents are expedited in the fastest manner possible, and the vehicle is returned to service without undue delay, in line with legal requirements and agreed KPI’s.
- It’s essential that you are able to build relationships with suppliers and stay on top of processing authorisation requests daily.
