An exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate and dynamic team! This role is a highly collaborative and consultative role that will involve working closely with other members of the sales and marketing team, to provide digital learning solutions to our existing and growing client base. Reporting to the Head of Digital Library, you’ll also work closely with the Marketing team to generate and nurture leads, playing a key role in expanding into new sectors. This role offers a full 360 view of the customer journey - helping you understand how to win new business while strengthening relationships with our existing client base.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Building and managing your pipeline in CRM to help grow the business and meet your own personal business plan.
- Managing sales from inception to implementation and beyond (including quoting, product demonstrations, and sales administration).
- To develop and execute lead generation campaigns (ranging from web shop promotions, content development, collateral, email, social media etc) with the marketing team.
- To work collaboratively with the team and wider company, participating in regular catch-up sessions and monthly sales review meetings.
- Managing our incoming enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to a high level of customer service, exemplifying the company values.
- To learn and communicate our developing products and services in order to provide consultative guidance on digital learning solutions, to current and prospective clients, in the non-profit and private sectors.
Work Experience:
- Experience of Account Management and/or customer relations.
- Around 2 years of experience in a customer-focused, administrative, or marketing role with transferable skills (e.g., communication, relationship-building, coordination).
- Some experience working towards goals, KPIs, or performance targets.
- Experience of digital learning (its use and benefits) is beneficial, not mandatory.

- Able to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients or colleagues.
