Change Lives for a Living
We Change Lives provides specialist support for adults with complex health needs, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. As a Support Worker within our complex care services, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with more advanced health and behavioural support needs. Full training will be provided, including specialist clinical training where required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals with complex care needs
- Personal care and mobility support
- Behavioural support
- Supporting independence and daily living
- Working closely with clinical and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting people to access activities and the community
