Job Purpose: The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of campus‑level marketing activity, ensuring consistent, creative, and engaging output across campaigns, communications, and events. The postholder will assist in implementing marketing plans, managing content creation, coordinating events, supporting brand consistency, and working closely with the wider marketing team and external agencies to meet organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email (HubSpot), print, and event channels.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of content for websites, social media, and internal communications.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies (creative, digital, media) to deliver high‑quality outputs that meet brand standards.
  • Assist with website updates, including reviewing and updating copy, imagery, and navigation structure.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials and assets that support student recruitment and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide general administrative and project support across marketing initiatives.
  • Support the creation of engaging social media content showcasing campus life and student activity.
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan, organise, and deliver campus events such as open days, cultural celebrations, workshops, and engagement activities.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing position.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns or projects.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation experience.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced, multi‑campus marketing team.
