Location: Regional, supporting Coventry, Warrington & Manchester stores
We are seeking a store support with solid trade customer experience and a collaborative, hands-on approach. Will oversee stores within your territory and, where applicable, provide field sales support to the Regional Sales Manager across unassigned areas. You will support standards, and talent development within your stores, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the RSM to achieve operational excellence across all assigned stores, maintaining full compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.
- Support vacant sales territories by visiting customers and driving sales within the RSM’s region.
- Complete regular store visit reports and deliver accurate, timely reporting after each store visit.
- Support the RSM with cover so they can conduct one-to-one meetings with Store Managers.
- Highlight to the RSM underperformance.
- Support Store Managers to achieve KPIs, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
- Provide store cover during holidays, sickness, or vacancies, including opening, closing, and daily store duties when required.
- Actively contribute to business development through local customer engagement and proactive outreach.
- Maintain high standards of stock management, order processes, store presentation, and security response.
- Identify any safety, security, or compliance concerns.
- Work collaboratively with regional functions including sales force.
- Support wider business priorities across the region where additional coverage is needed.
- Manage daily operations, including holidays and sickness, with responsibility for store managers reporting and acting as the first line of contact.
