Job Type: Part‑time, 15 hours per week (3 × 5 hour shifts)

Location: Cannock

Salary: £9,941.60 actual per annum (15 hours), £24,854.00 per annum full‑time equivalent

Flexibility: Must be fully flexible over 7 days, including working Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
  • Keeping up to date with special promotions and setting up displays.
  • Greeting customers, assisting shoppers, and encouraging Gift Aid donations.
  • Processing cash and card payments.
  • Receiving, storing, and stocking delivery of stock, including heavy items.
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and housekeeping.
  • Ensuring safe use of equipment and compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Handling administration, banking, and security procedures.
  • Traveling to other premises for training or support as required.
