Key Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations (product uploads, stock updates, order processing).
Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
Assist in planning and delivering live selling sessions (e. g., Tik Tok Live, Instagram Live).
Present products confidently during live sessions or develop toward presenting.
Engage with customers through comments, messages, and live chats.
Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity online.
Stay up to date with e‑commerce and social media trends.
About You Strong interest in fashion/retail/e‑commerce (adapt as needed).
Confident using social media platforms (especially Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook).
Comfortable being on camera or willing to develop this skill.
Creative, enthusiastic, and full of ideas.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organised and able to manage time effectively across a multi‑day part‑time schedule.
Previous retail or e‑commerce experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience or interest in live selling or livestreaming is a big plus.
