PBS4 is seeking an Assistant Enablement Manager to join our Hampshire team. This role focuses on enabling individuals with high levels of physically challenging behaviour, operating at a 3:1 support ratio around the clock.
You will lead, coach and mentor Enablement Practitioners to deliver person-centred support. The Deputy Enablement Manager will cover a 39-hour rota and an additional 3 hours weekly off rota for quality assurance, training, supervision and development, with flexible time split
