Durkan is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead multi-million pound refurbishment projects in Central London and surrounding M25 areas.

You will manage on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects run to time and budget.

You will uphold safety, quality and client relationships, maintaining clear reporting, and aligning with Durkan's values on housing regeneration.

Experience in lived-in refurbishment and strong communication are essential.
