We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Slough.
Role Overview: To manage and oversee the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations for planned works programmes.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, programmes, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
