About the role
We are looking for someone who has a great deal of passion in supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism or experience in supporting people with behaviours that may challenge. The people we support across Dorset have different levels of requirements. We value experience in supporting others, but we warmly welcome people without experience who share our values. Being a Support Worker at PBS4 is not like any other role within social care! It is more than just providing personal care. Our Support Workers enable the people we support to achieve their goals and access activities of their choosing! It's about celebrating their achievements – regardless of how small these may seem.

We support people living in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and we utilise Positive Behaviour Support as the framework for the support we provide.
