We’re looking for motivated, creative, and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our outbound team.
Our product is used by SMB through to Enterprise and across all industries, which means we target the majority of the UK Market.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive interest through outbound outreach using a multi-channel approach
- Qualify leads understanding and using well-known sales frameworks and techniques.
- Seamlessly handing over qualified meetings to the BDM team, making sure everything is synced, the notes are spot-on, and the admin is up to date in the CRM.
- Get hands on with our current tech stack to research your target market, identify the right people, and create the ultimate prospecting lists with direct email addresses and phone numbers.
- Collaborate with the wider team, including leadership and marketing, to fine-tune our outbound strategy and ensure we’re set up for success.
About you
- At least 4 years business development experience booking highly qualified meetings.
- Proven success with personalised high-touch outbound prospecting.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A can-do attitude, ready to help build a brand-new function and take advantage of all the growth opportunities it brings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you’re the kind of person who can represent the company and make a great first impression.
- Proficiency with tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, CRMs, and lead generation/enrichment tools.
