Industrial Sprayer Supervisor - LCM - Remote

LCM Environmental is seeking a driven, safety‑focused Industrial Supervisor to lead and support operational teams across arange of industrial environments.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, combiningpractical delivery with team supervision, site coordination, and responsibilityfor maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and operationalperformance.

You will lead by example, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with both company procedures and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Working in line with company policies, procedures, and UK Health & Safety legislation (including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974), you will take responsibility for both operationaldelivery and on‑site supervision .

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate industrial operatives on-site
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site teams, contractors, and clients where required
  • Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to therequired standard
  • Support, coach and develop team members, including identifyingtraining needs
  • Promote a strong “safety-first” culture — setting expectations andchallenging unsafe behaviours
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new starters
  • Operational& Technical Duties

Remain actively involved in delivery, including

  • Confined space entry, preparation, and industrial cleaning
  • High pressure water jetting (up to 7000 psi, including UHP wherequalified)
  • Application of coatings, tank linings, and laminates
  • Media blasting (on‑site and at customer locations)
  • Concrete repairs and screed applications
  • Tank inspections and repair work
  • Working at height and in challenging environments
  • Manual handling and physical site work
  • Planning, Safety & Compliance
  • Lead the development, review, and implementation of
  • RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
  • Ensure
  • Dynamic Risk Assessments are completed and adhered todaily
  • Ensure compliance with all SHEQ standards, site rules, and legalrequirements
  • Oversee safe removal and handling of hazardous materials
  • Carry out or support site briefings/toolbox talks
  • Escalate any safety concerns, incidents, or near missesappropriately
  • Support audits and continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Operational Management
  • Coordinate daily site activities, labour, and equipment allocation
  • Ensure correct use, maintenance, and reporting of plant andequipment
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards across all work areas
  • Assist with planning and mobilisation for projects, includingworking away
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in industrial services (jetting, coatings, orsimilar environments)
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of site safety practices and legislation
  • IT literate (confident using mobile apps and reporting systems)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to lead teams in demandingenvironments
  • Proactive mindset — takes ownership and solves problems on-site
  • Flexible and willing to work away from home for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • A strong safety mindset is essential — “If you see something, say something.”
  • Training& Development

LCM will provide ongoing training, development, and full PPE. Supervisors are expected to actively support the development of others whilecontinuing their own professional growth.
