Daish’s Holidays is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and kitchen teams in delivering great-quality meals for up to 150 guests. Breakfast and dinner services run within a tight 45-minute window and menus are set, with prep done in advance.
You will help lead the kitchen, mentor new staff, ensure food safety and cost control, and contribute to menu development in a busy, high-volume hospitality operation. Evening/weekend work is required.
