Join Waterside as a Sales and Owners Administrator and play a vital role in supporting the Holiday Home Sales operation by delivering accurate administration, coordinating essential processes, and providing excellent service to both the sales team and holiday homeowners.

What You’ll Do

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
  • Managing all sales paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Collating, checking, and processing commission documentation.
  • Raising purchase orders for the sales department.
  • Creating and maintaining stock records on ParcVu.
  • Liaising with manufacturers and repair engineers.
  • Administration for owners who are leaving park and private sales.
  • Handling customer sales and finance queries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Organising all aspects of holiday home preparation and handover process for new sales to ensure completion.

Customer Care & Aftersales

  • Delivering first class customer service & aftersales support for all owners on park.
  • Conducting welcome meetings with new holiday homeowners when required.
  • Monitoring the phone to aid with existing owner queries & support owners.
  • Responsible for ordering parts for maintenance and chasing their arrival for Sales Units & Owner units.
  • Chasing suppliers & manufacturers on a weekly basis.
  • Communicating job updates with owners on a weekly basis.

Stock & Logistics Coordination

  • Organising siting meetings with internal teams.
  • Arranging holiday home transport from factories.
  • Ordering decking and liaising with deck reps on a weekly basis.
  • Arranging key ordering and managing sales keyboards.

Finance & Compliance

  • Preparing finance proposals and managing finance pay-outs.
  • Chasing outstanding debt on ongoing sales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a sales-driven environment.
  • Is a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Is professional, proactive, and solution focused.
  • Has previous sales administration or customer service experience (desirable).
  • Has experience in holiday homes, property, or a similar sector (advantageous).
