What you can do for us:

• Working on renewable energy and heating installations, primarily in domestic settings, for Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations, and EV charging points.
• First and Second Fix Electrical Installations, primarily in domestic settings around Daventry.
• Carrying out NICEIC electrical installation condition reports (EICR)
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
• Manage a team of Electricians
• Liaise with customers, fault finding, advising on solutions.
• 18th Edition
• City & Guilds 2391- Inspecting & Testing (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2392 - Part P
• Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation Qualification
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Upholds the values of the organisation, acting with professionalism and integrity when dealing with people.
• Builds strong relationships within teams with a shared goal around the mission and vision of the organisation.
• Demonstrates 'emotional intelligence' by having the capacity to control and express one's emotions to handle interpersonal relationships with empathy.

• Eager and willing to learn and development yourself for a career in the Electrical Renewables Industry
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Work Experience

• Experience in Solar PV systems
• Experience in EV Installations
• Experience managing a team
• Experience surveying homes and generating quotes
