ROARR! in Lenwade, Norfolk is the UK’s largest Dinosaur themed adventure Park. We are looking for a confident, outgoing and enthusiastic individual to work as a Ride Operative. You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that our rides are well presented, in good working order and are operated safely whilst ensuring an exciting and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
You must be a confident individual who enjoys engaging with guests and can deliver excellent customer service, with the ability to cope and work well under pressure. You must be comfortable working outside in all weathers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate rides in accordance with safety procedures and training
- Conduct routine safety checks before and during operation
- Deliver clear instructions and safety briefings
- Monitor the ride and respond quickly to any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of ride areas
- Provide excellent customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- Enforce height and safety restrictions politely and professionally
- A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and act responsibly
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and bank holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or attractions is a plus (but not required—full training provided!)
