The Role
My client is a Michelin-starred restaurant offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.
Working closely with the senior chefs, you’ll help deliver a high-quality food offering, support the smooth running of the kitchen and play an active role in maintaining the standards expected at this level.
The restaurant benefits from beautiful kitchen gardens, providing an inspiring environment and a strong connection to fresh, seasonal produce.

About You
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef who:
- Has previous experience at Sous Chef level or in a similar senior kitchen role
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Can lead and support a kitchen team during busy service
- Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Wants to develop your career within a quality-led environment
