Therapeutic Care is a residential childcare provider based in Lancashire. At our core, we believe in supporting our teams through learning and development to be able to deliver high quality care with a therapeutic approach to children and young people, inspire confidence and help them reach their potential.

We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic Practitioner to join our small team in Lytham St. Annes. As a Practitioner, you will provide high quality care to children and young people in our services using an integrated therapeutic approach.

We are looking for transferable skills so no qualifications or experience are required as we provide full training to support you in your role!

  • Job Types: Full-time (35 hours per week), Permanent
  • Working hours: 8am to 11pm
  • Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern
  • Additional pay: Sleep in rate – £65 per sleep, Overtime paid at £1 extra
